Esther Rd, Balmoral, was a two stage project while the clients lived through the project.

Stage one was the upper level to renovate 2 high end bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

​

Stage two was the ground floor kitchen/lounge dinning area and outdoor areas.

​

This presented its own level of issues to maintain all services and control the dust so that the clients had a reasonable level of accommodation during construction.
